Virtual School Tours
<< GO BACK TO ALL VIRTUAL TOURS
Students will explore various aspects of the permanent collection and contemporary exhibitions through an interactive virtual guided tour on a platform that works best for your school/classroom. Trained educators facilitate engaging discussions and activities involving reading, writing, drawing, or role-playing in response to works on view. Following the museum tour, students participate in an at-home or in-classroom (depending on where the students are) hands-on art project using materials found in your surroundings. Online pre and post lessons for use by the teacher in the classroom with STEAM connections will be shared once you’ve reserved your tour date.
Duration: 1.5 hours
What You’ll Need to Participate:
• Internet access
• An internet-connected device with audio and video capabilities, such as a computer, iPad, or tablet
*For those participating in post-tour art instructional activities/extended experiences please have a pencil, paper, and colors (crayons, markers, or color pencils) handy.
Guided Virtual Tour Rate:
- $150 flat fee for up to 30 participants ($30 charge for every 30 additional participants)
