MUSEUM PROGRAM POLICY
The Museum reserves the right to cancel a class at any time due to insufficient enrollment and to substitute instructors without notice. In the event that we must cancel, we will issue a refund.
All Bass programs are organized for educational purposes and offer activities to everyone without regard to race, religion, national origin or sexual preference. Students, parents and registrants must respect the rights of each other and staff or they will be asked to leave the class and forfeit tuition.
Refunds may be issued prior to the start of the program and are subject to a $25 processing fee in some instances. Registration fees will not be returned for failure to attend without notice. Once art materials are picked up, they may not be returned and a refund cannot be issued.
Exchanges within the same semester may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Please call 786-477-6003 or email [email protected] to talk through your individual situation so we can try to find a class that works for you.
