This program is designed to help students develop a necessary foundational skillset to develop portfolio-ready artwork. Students will complete a series of artworks in drawing, painting, printing and sculpture. This immersive experience places emphasis on technique, concept development and a polished sketchbook. Teen Studio Art Intensive is aimed to both high school and college prospective students. The teaching artist will coach students for optimal portfolio and audition preparedness.
$335 per week
Members (Dual/Family & above): $240 per week
Space is limited. Pre-registration is required. Lunch and snack provided.

Applications and donations are accepted on an ongoing basis. Donations are 100% tax deductible.
MUSEUM PROGRAM POLICY
There are no refunds. A credit is available for cancellations made 48 hours in advance of class and can be applied to other classes, pending availability. Fees will not be returned for failure to attend without notice. The Bass reserves the right to substitute instructors without notice. The museum is not responsible for any artwork or personal items lost, stolen or left in the classrooms. All Bass programs are organized for educational purposes and offers programs and activities to everyone without regard to race, religion, national origin or sexual preference. All Bass programs follow the Miami-Dade County School District’s schedule for inclement weather. Students and parents must respect the rights of other students and staff or they will be asked to leave the class and forfeit class fees.
