Join us each month for a creative happy hour hosted in The Bass Creativity Center on Third Thursdays!

Take a break after work to explore the arts in our monthly art-making workshops that cover a range of mediums and techniques. These workshops are designed for artists of all skill levels. All materials are included.

Explore the art of bookmaking and printmaking during this Art After Hours workshop. Learn three simple bookmaking techniques and embellish your book with tape transferred images. Your finished product will be a personalized sketchbook you can fill with doodles or writing to take on your next traveling adventure.

Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, The Bass will be flexible with refunds for classes that students/families are unable to attend due to illness or suspected exposure. Please reach out to us for requests or questions. The Bass reserves the right to substitute instructors without notice. The museum is not responsible for any artwork or personal items lost, stolen or left in the classrooms. All Bass programs are organized for educational purposes and offers programs and activities to everyone without regard to race, religion, national origin or sexual preference. All Bass programs follow the Miami-Dade County School District’s schedule for inclement weather. Students and parents must respect the rights of other students and staff or they will be asked to leave the class and forfeit class fees.
