Art for Kids II

Recommended for ages 7 – 12
This all-inclusive program focuses on children interested in developing their skillset and features in-person instruction with artist educators for interactive learning. Students will explore color mixing, observational drawing/painting, the fundamentals of line, shape, color, value, pattern/texture and proportion/scale.
The Bass is taking every precaution to ensure the safety of all participants by restricting classroom occupancy and following all CDC safety protocols.
Classes meet every THURSDAY at 3:45 PM (ET) for 16 weeks. Classes begin on JANUARY 6.
All supplies and materials are included!
$20 per class
Dual/Family Members and above: $15 per class
Buy monthly package (4 classes) and receive 10% off

Museum members (Family/Dual & above): $54 (includes 4 classes)
*No class on March 24 due to Spring Break Art Camp.

MUSEUM PROGRAM POLICY
Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, The Bass will be flexible with refunds for classes that students/families are unable to attend due to illness or suspected exposure. Please reach out to us for requests or questions. The Bass reserves the right to substitute instructors without notice. The museum is not responsible for any artwork or personal items lost, stolen or left in the classrooms. All Bass programs are organized for educational purposes and offers programs and activities to everyone without regard to race, religion, national origin or sexual preference. All Bass programs follow the Miami-Dade County School District’s schedule for inclement weather. Students and parents must respect the rights of other students and staff or they will be asked to leave the class and forfeit class fees.
