ART CARES SERIES: IDENTITY MASKS

Explore, express and manage emotions as a self-expressive artist with our resident art therapist. Discover how we wear “masks” in front of others, while creating a self-portrait that represents who you are on the inside-out. Use the creative process of mask-making as a time for reflection and representation of the self. Consider what your inside-self feels like compared to your outside-self as you express emotions and reflect on your values and beliefs.
