On Wednesday, October 21, 2020 audiences joined The [Virtual] Bass on ZOOM for the launch of the new conversation series Small Talk, with guest artist Xaviera Simmons. The discussion was facilitated by Executive Director and Chief Curator Silvia Karman Cubiña. Simmons’ work Sequence (2019) was recently acquired by the museum and is now on view in The Willfulness of Objects.
